Thank you.

My 15 day average on a straight "10" is .67.
I was looking at day to day values and had not considered looking at the average.

If I decide to increase my pressure to "11", do you mean a straight "11"???

Thanks again,

Kathy
WOW! You're doing GREAT!

Yes, basically increasing the pressure by one centimeter.......leaving all other settings the same. For all intents and purposes, when we do make changes, it's more helpful to do only one change at a time so we can see how that one particular thing affects the therapy results. When too many things get changed, it may be harder to sort out what helped and what didn't.
And, that depends on IF you decide to make a pressure adjustment.

On a subsequent thought.......... (if you decide to increase pressure)
You could chart out (record and average) your Flow Limitations from your reports and see if there's any lessening of them by the increase in pressure.
In fact, that's one thing you could do with the reports you have so far.......see how much the FLs vary from night to night.

Hi Den,

14 days with pressure at a straight 10 shows:

My 95% flow limit ranges from .02 - .21.
Average: .069
The max flow rate ranges from .61 - 1.
Average: .87

Did you want me to list the numbers daily also??

No, that's fine. I was thinking primarily of you keeping track for your own comparison purposes to see how any pressure or other changes may affect those numbers. Sometimes those numbers may improve on their own. I know they did for me......leaving everything the same, the "numbers" improved over time.

Anyway.......good going.
