Any reviews of the Bleep DreamPort CPAP Mask Solution?

I have an issue with all of the headgear I've used as the straps going over my cheeks always ride up over my eyes. This has caused a problem with my left eye (I tend to sleep on my left side), so I'm hunting for a solution. I just read about the new Bleep DreamPort on cpap.com and it looks interesti...

Re: Buying Distilled water in Europe

When I was in England recently I was not able to find distilled water. Apparently it was only available in huge quantities. As I was only there about ten days, I used bottled water in the humidifier and it was fine! I definitely would not use tap water.

Re: Swift FX Nano headgear strap covers my eye when side sleep

I tried the Nano and in general felt like the straps were too close to my eyes. I wasn't able to use it. The dreamwearer has worked well. I totally agree that the straps are much too close to the eyes. I didn't have that problem with the original Swift FX, but couldn't tolerate the pain and pressur...

Swift FX Nano headgear strap covers my eye when side sleep

I'm very frustrated -- my Swift FX Nano is very comfortable when I am sleeping on my back but as soon as I roll to my side, the strap moves up over my eye, waking me up. When this happens, it also breaks the seal around the mask. I'd greatly appreciate any suggestions on how to keep the strap, and m...

Nuance / Nuance Pro Nasal Pillow - positives and negatives?

I'm contemplating trying the Nuance or Nuance Pro nasal pillow with gel. Those of you who have used it, does it tend to stay in place better due to the gel? I'm currently using the Airfit for Her and really like the light weight, but the pillows keep getting dislodged when I sleep on my side and cau...

Nasal Pillow vs. Nasal Prong

In perusing CPAP.com for a new mask, I came across Nasal Prong Masks. I'm not at all familiar with these, and would appreciate any input from those of you who use, or have used, a Nasal Prong. Do they have advantages vs. Nasal Pillow Masks?

Many thanks! Emily

Mirage Swift II Mask

I'd appreciate thoughts on the Resmed Mirage Swift II Mask, and how it compares (positively & negatively) versus the Swift FX For Her and the Swift LT For Her. The Mirage Swift II sounds good, but I'm concerned about the hose on the side of the head as I'm a side sleeper. Many thanks!

Re: dented face with mask

I use the same mask. I keep the straps as loose as I can, and still get a good seal. My mask tends to rise up on my face at night, so I run two pieces of tape from the mask to under my chin. This keeps the mask down where I want it. That sounds like a good idea! The straps always ride up on my face...

Re: dented face with mask

I always have indentations on my face from the mask straps, particularly on my left cheek as I sleep on my left side. I'm currently using the AirFit™ P10 For Her Nasal Pillow CPAP Mask with Headgear, and there doesn't seem to be a way to loosen the straps (supposedly you can separate the two back st...

Airing - "maskless, hoseless, cordless micro-CPAP device"

Is anyone familiar with this new product apparently under development? How cool if it actually works!
