Heated hose question

Post by justin25taylor » Sat Jan 31, 2015 6:05 pm

My buddy just replaced his CPAP and keeps complaining of cold air.
His new machine is Resmed airsense 10. Ref37020

I don't see a plug for a heated hose. Any ideas?
My machines are PR. I'm no help.

the heated hose just snaps into the back of the elite.

this one: https://www.cpap.com/productpage/resmed ... ve-10.html has a handy right angle connector.

The connection for the heated hose is sorta built right into the connection ring on the back of the machine. I highly recomend the climate air heated hose for two reasons....not only the regular benefits of a heated hose, but also unlike the standard hose that just sticks straight out of the machine, the heated hose option has a ninety degree bend so that it is much more convienent how it comes out of the machine at a right angle. Also the connection for the heated hose alows the hose to swivel, it's a nice design!
