Be sure to post the equipment you are using in your profile. You can edit your user profile here: ucp.php
What version are you using, and what difficulty are you having? A link to the most recent version is in my signature at the bottom of this post. For most users, the latest Testing Version actually works best. you need 7zip from 7-zip.org in order to unzip the files. Be sure to add that to your programs.

Finally, do not install the 64 bit version unless you also want to install the drivers needed out of new Visual C++ runtime. The 32 bit will work fine on most computers, but if you install the 64 bit version, you need the runtime.

What kind of problems are you having? Related to actually using SleepyHead or getting it installed or something else?
Is your computer a Mac or Windows OS or something else?
I have done telephone consults in the past and I am willing to do them again but my cell phone reception where I live is problematic often.
So sometimes I can chat easily and sometimes I spend 90% of the time saying "huh, huh" because I can't hear or understand.
If your problem is something I feel I can help with I am willing to do a phone consult tomorrow afternoon after my hubby goes to work.

If you are looking for online support, you can use IRC chat using

https://webchat.freenode.net/ - Note you need to use channel ##cpaptalk

Easy to use, just fill out the form when you get there with your handle and channel like below

There is almost always someone there.

Thanx 1,000,000 to all who replied.

Per suggestion: I have updated my profile with the equipment I am using.

Also, am using Sleepy Head v 0.9.8-1-Testing OpenGL 32bit version

I believe the online user's guide is focused on an older version so if you have specific questions we could help you.
Do you have it up and running where you can see your reports?
As far as the preferences I left mine in default until I learned what I needed. Others might be able to make suggestions for what they use, but you don't have to make changes before you start using.

OkyDoky

Thanx for this info. I have made contact with a user who is willing to speak with me via phone. So, before I pursue this issue any further in the forum, will wait until I have spoken with this person.

Thanx 1,000,000
