Classic Sleep Care is out of BCBS network. They accept BCBS assignment for me. I pay nothing out of pocket. They have been outstanding with me.

No diabetes or hypoglycemia. Dr. checked for both.

I am not going to completely give up caffeine, just try not to drink 10 cups of coffee anymore.

This confirms my suspicion. I've been cutting back on the coffee and will continue to do so. I still would like a couple cups in the morning though...
The withdrawals are interesting. I guess caffeine is like any other drug.

I read in another thread about new XPAP users becoming more sensitive to caffeine. There's not many things I enjoy more than coffee. I've had days where I've gotten dizzy or shaky. This was never an issue before CPAP. Is the improved sleep causing this?

I am feeling better than I have in years.

I did the same thing when I first started. I tried everything. What finally worked for me was to put socks (tube type) over my hands. A buddy told me about this. Good luck!
