Do you like Irish Creme? I have been making homemade Irish Creme with Jamison Irish Whiskey (and some other stuff)...man it that good stuff. I have drank more alcohol in the past month than I did all last year.

I'm going to disagree. I think it's helping to tell us some things (maybe).......or at least point to some areas of questions.

Is your mouth falling open at night? Your leaks are erratic and your snores are significant. That's what makes me suspicious.

Your "events" are still within very acceptable levels, so at the moment, I just still see leaking and snores that pose questions.
You also seem to be staying in bed for longer periods of time.......at least further into the night.

How do you feel?

I am a mouth breather. I use a full face mask. The Quattro Full Face Mask For Her.

I feel tired and frustrated that I can't sleep more than 3 hours at a time.

Sorry. I meant to look at your profile to see what mask you were using, and forgot, before I posted that.
Are you still mouth-breathing with the full face mask? Dry mouth?
Do you do nasal cleansing before bedtime?
What's your HH setting? Higher? Lower? If you're using higher, you might try a lower setting.
Bed pillow.......could it be pushing your mask out of alignment if you head sinks into it too far?

There are periods when you're not snoring. Do you think you may be awake at those times? However, on looking at the report, there are times when you're not snoring when the leak rate is higher. Hmmmmm......

I think I'd like you to try this setup for a few more nights.
One night does not a trend make.

Thought of another......
When you do wake up, do you feel like you've been sleeping soundly, or remember any dreaming.......or anything else that you can think of that may point to possible sleep stages or their effects?

it does seem to rule out the 'pressure changes are waking you up' theory, though.

I had wondered why a pressure change half an hour before waking was the problem, since the original posts showed pressure ramp up.... and then 20-30 minutes later, mask off.

When you reduce the "variables", you have more (or fewer) "constants" to evaluate.
That has been part of my intentions.

I keep my humidifier on 4 or 5. I sometimes turn it down to 3 but I get such a dry mouth and bloody nose.
I tried the neti pot and don't like it so I use this nasal saline spray but it doesn't seem to help much.
I think because I am a side sleeper my pillow might sometimes push my mask and cause a leak.

I don't know much about reading these graphs, but I always seem to wake up right after an AHI event, no matter how mild it is.

And yes, I am always dreaming when I wake up. Very mad about this because I never get to see how the dream ends.

well, if you don't wake up during, or right after a dream, it fades from memory and you won't remember you had it.

With regard to the events waking you, the evidence from last night doesn't bear that out. There appears to be only one event near a time when the machine was shut off and that was around 4:50. Most of the others were scattered around the beginning and middle of your sleep sessions.
I'm not sure how these machines score "RE" (RERA) events, but even though you had a number of them last night, few were recorded near the times when you turned the machine off.

You might consider looking into a different pillow if this one is allowing your head to sink in too deep and pushing the mask our of alignment.

What specific nasal spray(s) are you using?

It sounds like you're mouth-breathing in your full face mask if your mouth is getting dry.
Can you actually breathe through your nose during the night? (if you keep your mouth shut)
If you can't breathe through your nose, that tends to suggest that the snoring is from your mouth being open. (as opposed to nasal snoring)

No. I use Simply Saline by Arm and Hammer. And I have Flonase from my doctor but I don't use it. Is there something special about Afrin?
