Re: Standard vs Dishwasher Safe Water Chamber
I am on my 3rd Resmed machine and have always used the standard chamber that came with the machine......they have lasted the life of the machine. I am now 2 years into my Airsense 10 and have never had a problem with the tub. I rarely wash it, but it has water in it 24/7. Thanks well maybe it was a...

Standard vs Dishwasher Safe Water Chamber
I have an AirSense 10 AutoSet with Humidair Heated Humidifier and it came with the Standard water chamber. The Standard water chamber to me is not well constructed since it has flimsy hinges and one of tabs on one side broke off. Has anyone compared the Dishwasher Safe water chamber ($33) to the Sta...

Re: Gel Nasal Pillow Cleaning
Don't know how the topic got off to talking about the cost of replacing pillows but I'm more interested in how others clean them?

Re: Gel Nasal Pillow Cleaning
Yes since I’m on Medicare I do get them at a discount but being on a fixed income I’d like them to last as long as possible.

Gel Nasal Pillow Cleaning
I've been using the Nuance Pro Pillow Mask for a couple of years now but continually trying to find a way to extend the life of the pillows. I usually get a couple of months but at some point they either get too soft or too stiff (can't tell) that they no longer seal or fit right https://www.cpap.co...

Re: Yearly Sleep Doctor Appointments?
Thanks for all the replies that was the Input I was looking for. You’ve made many valid points for keeping my yearly appointments so that’s what I’ll do. I’ve debated the last couple of years whether to quit or not but your posts have made it an easy choice. Plus I too have Medicare and I never real...

Yearly Sleep Doctor Appointments?
I've been on a CPAP machine now for about 3 years. Around that time I ended up in the hospital and was diagnosed with an irregular heartbeat probably caused by sleep apnea. I was released from the hospital and an hour later had an appointment with a sleep doctor they had set up. This sleep doctor se...

Re: S9 Autoset "High Leak"?
I'm probably hearing things then or grasping for an answer. Thanks for the link but I don't feel comfortable taking thing apart like that and even knowing what I'm doing. I was hoping for maybe an explanation what the issue might be. I put a call in to our local DME but I live in a rural area and th...

S9 Autoset "High Leak"?
I've had my S9 for about 3 years now without any issues until this morning. When I woke up I didn't immediately take off my Nuance Pro mask but kept it on for a few more minutes when I noticed a decrease in air pressure. I shut off the S9 and turned it back on several times but still not blowing lik...

Re: SleepyHead Data
Ah now it makes sense was wondering why it was asking to erase it. Ok so I will lock it prior to inserting in the computer but then I need to unlock it when I insert in back into the S9 correct?

Re: SleepyHead Data
Ok after I loaded the data from the memory card into SleepyHead I reinserted it into my CPAP device and it kept asking to rewrite the data. I would say No and it would say to reinsert but it seemed to be in a loop because it did the same thing after reinserting. I finally said Yes and it erased the ...
