Airfit p-10

Post by Aunkster » Sun Jan 25, 2015 8:50 am

This is now 15 days using the air fit p-10 and it's very comfortable , very quiet .. Even quieter than my swift fx..
So far no head band stretching has happened .. The only fault I see is that if I make the slightest move the nose inserts move enough to cause a leak and you have to re adjust..
You can't fix this by adjusting head band because head band does not adjust.. Not sure of a fix for this , otherwise I really like the mask

I'm having the same experience! First mask I'm finding mostly tolerable. And I'm having an easier time keeping my mouth closed than I expected.

Try a smaller pillow. The way you adjust is by moving the upper strap forward or backward.

I'm using the medium pillow , I tried the small but found they hurt my nose because they would end up to far up the nostril by morning

You adjust the p10 by spreading the headband apart or together to get the fit you need. Weekly washing will keep the headband in original shape.

See my post about the clips I use and will send to you upon request. I put one together for myself for the very reason you stated - my P10 was shifting or being pulled when I moved around while asleep and the clip helps to stabilize the mask and keep the pressure on the item it is clipped to (my shirt). Hmmm, I'm not sure if that means 'thanks for the suggestion', or 'thanks, I'd like one'. If you want a clip, please PM me your address.

Aunkster, Her offer about the clips are "Spam Free". I have some she sent me, and they work well.
