SH issue

Post by mgaggie » Tue Jan 20, 2015 9:29 pm

I can't seem to upload the last two days data into SH. Does anyone know if this is an issue/glitch, and how to fix it?

Thanks

Can you give any more info about what you're running into? No messages?

Is it possible you left your card locked and data wasn't written on the card?

I'm sorry, my crystal ball isn't picking up a signal from your location, let me try the magic 8ball.

magic 8ball says "yes" (of course, I asked what you did, "is it an issue or a glitch". so I'm guessing that it said "yes" to "issue" now, the question of whether the issue has anything to do with the sleepyhead code or something completely unrelated, like okydokey suggested... I dunno.

Sorry everyone, I'm not having the best day.

When I click the import button and select the location, it says "Already up to date with CPAP data", yet nothing has been 'uploaded' since Sunday.

The card for the Icon is a usb stick and you can't lock it. When I put the stick back into the machine, the little icon flashes indicating that it's inserted correctly.

Also you can use the file browser on your computer to look at your SD card. On the S10, there is a directory called DATALOG and then subdirectories with dates for the names, and then the data files for that date are inside that directory. Depending upon how it's set up, it may be obvious what the problem is.

Compare the date/time on both your computer and your ICON.

SH's free to DL from here - go to the first note on the page... Pugsy's Tutorial, etc.

Yup have downloaded the latest version of SH.

Can't set the date on the machine. Did a data rebuild, same thing.

I just had a thought, it stopped recording data when I turned the sense awake mode off. I'm going to try the usb stick from my old machine and see what happens there. If nothing happens, I'll turn the sense awake mode back on.

Thanks for all the help

Today I took the usb stick out of the machine to load data onto computer and it appears the stick is a dud. No light comes on, nor will the computer recognise it's in.

The SensAwake does not matter either way, I have data in Sleepyhead from two of my Icon machines with SensAwake on and SensAwake off, so that has no effect on the data transfer.

By the way, I found that the SensAwake feature is not very accurate and more of a pain than any benefit, so I turned it off and things were much better sleep wise for me with it off........just thought I'd throw that out there for you to mull over.

Thanks TangledHose. Now that it appears to be the usb stick. I'll leave the sensAwake off.
