Reducing Nasal Congestion

On the resmed site, it says that "AutoSet therapy may also resolve nasal congestion and irritation because it lowers mean treatment pressures, thereby reducing pressure-related side effects."

I use a pressure of 7 on a Respirons Pro w/C-flex.

Has anyone found that Auto Pap helps to resolve nasal congestion problems?

The only thing I find that helps is heated humidifier. And even it has problems.
