Fwiw...I used to sleep as much as I could...but I can FEEL the difference in sleep QUALITY between pre-treatment and now. I'm much nicer now, even road rage doesn't last as long anymore. Welcome!!
I've also noticed my road rage has improved with cpap use. Now after I run someone off the road into a ditch, I settle down quickly! Quite calming... Jim

I love waking up on CPAP. I wake up so calm and comfortable and feel so great. I really want to lie there and enjoy it, though I rarely can fall back to sleep, even if I try. On weekends I just hang out for a while and it's hard to get myself up.
