Sleepyhead and naps, help please

Post by Merlin7 » Thu Nov 27, 2014 8:24 pm

Hi
I recently , yesterday actually, I had an afternoon nap with APAP in place.

My question is, how do I delete the time I spent napping from sleepyhead, as the data from the nap is skewing all the data from the nights sleep.

I was trying out a new nasal mask so I really was hoping for that data not to form part of the report from the nights sleep.

Any suggestions

D

I don't think you can... but you can unselect individual sessions from a night.

Are you having a lot of sleep-wake junk during your naps?
If so, you could write down figures from the sleep report right after a nap, and again before breakfast.
You may discover things evening out after a while.
Maybe the numbers are odd, but why leave them off? It's all sleep, and we are not graded on "correct" responses,
just on "attendance", and then only if your insurance gives a squat. The numbers are for YOU.
