Was thinking about trying a hybrid mask....
Hi. I have tried a lot of different masks and been somewhat ok using a Resperonics full life mask. It just kills me at the top of my nose. It hurts in the morning. (And it's as loose as I can get it and still seal....) I just have an odd size face. (Almost like the med is too small but the large too...

Re: Getting rid of odors in a machine. (Smoke, Etc...)
Thanks for all of the input! I think I'm going to disassemble the machine over the weekend and start the cleaning process... I think I may document how to disassemble the machine in a step by step fashion. They are not too hard to take apart. I'll update with progress on the de stinking process.

Getting rid of odors in a machine. (Smoke, Etc...)
Hi. I've been scouring craigslist for a good backup machine and found a great deal. I bought a lightly used (300 hours on it) system one 450P for $30.00 (Couldn't not buy it for that price. and it came with a new swift nose pillow mask. ) But it smells like an ashtray... My current machine had a lit...

Re: Broken CPAP
Did a quick search on Craigslist in your area and there are some expensive machines there but did find a good price on a low hour machine.

might be worth a shot for a temp machine and a backup.
Good luck!

Re: auto setting gone from machine
I just realized I have the wrong machine in my profile. It is a 60 series that I am using and I found how to re-set the a-trial. it is limited to 5 times. to do it you go to the clinical menu, go to info and go to a-trial. go to reset and press the select and ramp button for 6 seconds. I'll update m...

auto setting gone from machine
I have been trying a few different masks and using the A-Trial setting to let the machine adjust pressure for me. This may not make sense but could it have run out of days? (I'm pretty sure I was using the A-Trial setting) Is there a way to re-set that part of the machine? Am I just overlooking some...

I noticed a change in sleep quality immediately. It will level off buy you'll still have that "I haven't felt this good in years" feeling. Just stick with it!

Re: Planning on using friend's machine, help?
here is a video ... how to set pressure: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vsweQiqWAYk Great video.... Ryan can use this to set it to auto and let the machine titrate for him. I did this with my 60 series system one and it works great... after a week of adjusting it sets the pressure (I had it on a 7...
