But you haven't told us whether you got a free pillow and became a free-pillow lackey.
I think "Free-Pillow Slut" is better.

One of the primary features of your pillow is its flexibility and adaptability to the various needs we all have. My concern is that the diagrams don't convey that flexibility. I'm nos sure what you can do about that. But videos would probably do a better job in the long run. Using language that really stresses that ability to adapt to long, short necks, male and female shoulders width, size of head, type of mask would be really important with some referral to how that is done. Your side sleeper diagram does not show the kind of pocket I always create to prevent the arms of the P10 from creating small leaks around the nares. I'm sure we all have all kinds of tricks we use.

Not sure I am being helpful but I hope so.

This is very helpful feedback. I hadn't fully considered how the illustrations make it looks like a static, pre-formed pillow rather than a dynamic, adjustable one.... Agreed on the solutions you've described. Thanks!

Got one earlier this week. LOVE it.

I think I'm going to add some more "stuffing", but thanks again.

I don't see why a regular thin pillow doesn't work fine? You don't want a thick one which bends your neck and thereby your airway.

We are all different, different anatomy, sleeping "style", you name it.
I am like you, I need a thin, soft pillow, but I have tried the cpapfit and can see where
it would solve problems for other people who prefer more support.
If you already have what you need, look no further!

because you can't mold a thin pillow to give you support where you need it. It doesn't stay.

Since you don't say where you need support, then I can't understand your answer. But that's OK. ELMO.

Like I said, we are all different. I'm short, one size supposedly fits all--hell no!

Since I have one of the pillows I would say that none of the illustrations mean anything to me. I sleep on my back and on both sides. I never know in what position I will wake up. The most important point of the pillow to me is that I can mold it to what ever way feels the most comfortable with a simple push / swipe of my hand and shape the pillow so it is not pushing on my mask when sleeping on my side. I doubt an illustration is going to be able to show the reshapeability. Is that a new word? YMMV

When I bought mine, I found that the illustrations really didn't add much, and couldn't really convey how the pillow works, but perhaps that's just me. I went a lot by the description and the Amazon reviews.

I like the pillow a lot. As others have mentioned, it is possible to carve out a spot for the mask, which saves me a bruised nose and a lot of leaks. Not sure how one would ever convey that in an illustration.

Now, if I could just stop it from gradually sliding down the bed wedge that I use to keep my upper body elevated at night....

I sleep on my stomach primarily with my head to the left. I need to pillow to be higher in the middle and drop off quickly to the edges.

My pressures run higher when I sleep on my back, but only crap does my back feel better when I stay on my back all night.
