Has anyone had a problem with ResMed S9 and/or S10 over titrating patients or yourself. My ICON and SysOne have me at 15cm. My ResMeds have me at 19cm. I slept like crap though AHI and everything else reported fine. Curious...

XS Full face masks are about as small as they come. My pulmonary/sleep spec. group offers "Mask Sessions" for fittings where you can try diff masks and when one IS found they will write a script and/or submit to your DME for you. Chk around.

1st Check EPR settings.
2nd Check if set for correct tubing type.
3rd Check to make sure its set for correct mask type. This is a common mistake and the PAP will act diff.

Try the F&P Eson. Not as minimal, but secure and comfortable.

Re: Therapy or Aflex Mode
You have to experiment. I like A-Flex of 1. # seems to drop the pressure in-between breaths. But, I've been on CPAP for years.

Re: Nasal Pillows Seal
I am not a fan of the ResMed P-10. Too loose. Switch to the ResMed "Swift FX" Nasal Pillow System.

Re: Nasal pillow leaks and noise
I think your pressure is too high for nasal pillows of any sort. Chinstraps are a pain. I def suggest the ResMed F-10 FFM as the cheek straps don't touch you or its very minimal.

Re: Bloody nose
You can also go to the pharmacy and purchase a saline nasal "Gel". Apply to a "Q-tip" and swab the inside of the nostrils for moisture. This will last alot longer than a saline nasal spray.
