Re: distilled water in Israel ?
Seems that when I travel to areas that are very humid, I hardly use any water from the humidifier. I've wondered if I'd be any worst off just not using the humidifier if its only for a few nights. Guess I'd actually have to try it to see what happens but have any of you done that and if so, what wer...

Re: Anyone found a nasal pillow mask they like better than P10?
The only issue I have on the P10 is the vents seem to block up after time and cleaning them doesn't always restore them. That's when I start making my own vent holes with a needle. There's got to be a better way. I've found that if I use dishwashing detergent and a toothbrush, they get good and cle...

Re: Anyone found a nasal pillow mask they like better than P10?
Thought I'd give the Brevida a try. Had a problem with the mask modulating and if I tightened it up enough to stop the modulations, it would apply enough pressure on my nose that I wouldn't go to sleep. So for now, I'll keep using the P10. Sometimes you don't realize how good a design it has until y...

Re: Airfit F20 Thoughts
A problem I had with a different full face mask is when it would do the inhale/exhale thing, unless I had it on very tight, the mask would modulate on my face which would awaken me.

Re: Anyone found a nasal pillow mask they like better than P10?
F&P Brevida I am a staunch P10 user but like a lot of others I take issue with the headgear. I use a M pillow in the P10. I was afforded an opportunity to trial a Brevida the last few days and I thought I would post my thoughts on it. Unfortunately the only pillow available was the XS-S one and I a...

Sometimes I'll clean daily then other times weekly.englandsf wrote:Never found a better mask. Do you wash the pillows ever day and the mask every week? Never had any issue with vents blocking.
How long have you had your current P10?
Seems like I've had my current one for about a year and a half.

Anyone found a nasal pillow mask they like better than P10?
I'm getting ready to order another P10 mask and thought I'd ask if anyone has found some other nasal pillow mask that they like better than the P10. The only issue I have on the P10 is the vents seem to block up after time and cleaning them doesn't always restore them. That's when I start making my ...

Problem going back to sleep
I've been more or less successful using bipap for a couple of years now but something started happening a few months ago that I want to share with this community to see if any of you experienced the same thing. I'll wake up at around 3 , make a bathroom run and not be able to go back to sleep. When ...

Re: Bed Pillow feedback
I started to get one of those specialty cpap pillow but changed my mind as I found that to keep my head and shoulders aligned, I'm using a pretty flat pillow anyway. I too am a side sleeper. I probably have 4 different kinds of pillows and found the one that gave me just enough elevation to keep eve...

Re: Buying an APAP without sleep study
The problem would be centrals. I suppose you could get a bipap machine, set it to automatic and use a recording oximeter to track your oxygen level. If your oxygen drops where it shouldn't, you'd know that you have more going wrong (possibly centrals). Taking that route, you'd take a chance on buyin...

Re: Sleep Apnea - Can your Drivers License be revoked??
I overheard two people talking in my Dr's office that her friend had her drivers license suspended for being non compliant. Is that even possible?! I did a google search and mostly UK stuff and CDL licenses came up. I understand if you have caused an accident etc but just to get it suspended/revoke...

Re: Full-face mask and wrinkles?
...snip... My main thing is, are deeper mouth wrinkles just inevitable for a full-face mask wearer? I tried the F10 and had wrinkle city every morning. Eventually gave up on it primarily due to the air leaks. What you're likely to find is that you'll have to go through several mask before finding t...

Re: How to clean/deoderize/sanitize machine
The last few days I've been down to the beach on vacation and experience something new with my cpap machine. It smelled like burned cigarette ashes. I couldn't figure out where it came from. Thoughts anyone? Your wife's boyfriend smokes while you are out surfing? I am my wife's boyfriend and don't ...
