Thanks everyone for the info and help. I called the doctor and had him put the ds960 model number on the script. I am glad I did that cause it is making things so much easier to deal with the dme

Well kids bad news. Dme will not supply the 960 since there isn't a backup rate stated on the script. So not sure what to do. Any tips.

Get your doctor to add a back up rate to the RX.

Hello again. I have been through the ringer with the dme and the doctor won't add a backup rate because he said he tried that and it didn't work. Or so he said in his notes but in person it was mentioned that they had not tried that. So Monday I will try and speak with the doctor and I feel I may need an asv titration done because after reading my bipap titration study it still showed ahi of 15 with it. I have the study if you guys might help me figure out what it all means
