I hope none of you take this the wrong but medicare paid for my first shot last year and 2nd shot this year
I really have no reason to lie about it

Ppsv 23 and prevnar 13 are the two injections I received

I have COPD maybe that is the reason it was covered

That could be because the rules allow additional injections for high risk individuals.

It could also be that Medicare doesn't have safeguards to prevent that some get a shot every year for years.

So really the economics was the big part of my timing. Who knows what Medicare will be like five years from now?
