Yes. Pretty much any "normal" CPAP mask works with any CPAP machine, despite what the manufacturers will tell you. At worst, there may be a little difference in the precise pressure and data collection.

cool, that's what I suspected. The hose connection design looked real similar across makes.

Pretty much any mask fits any machine fits any hose--except for the heated hoses,
which need to mate with the machine. The mask mainly needs to fit your face--period.
If you are looking as S9 machines, look for an Autoset or an Elite; never an Escape!

I found a small pillow hugged to my body and tucked into my chin to be helpful when I started. I've had a few nights of slack jaw...but it becomes easier as you go. I never tried the headgear chinstrap even though I have one. That was my last ditch effort in case nothing else worked with the nasal pillow.

I see you have an Airsense 10, since I am buying a new machine and insurance is footing the bill, should I be looking at the Airsense 10 vs the S9 Autoset? Since I cannot find an S10, I am assuming the Airsense 10 is the latest model/iteration, is that the case or is it something different?

If you get an AirSense 10, avoid the base AirSense 10 model and get at least the AirSense 10 Elite. AutoSet is better and AutoSet for her is actually a little bit better than that.

As for AirSense AutoSet ve S9 AutoSet, I consider it roughly a toss up. The S9 has a great track record. I haven't heard of any particular problems with A10, but there's always some risk with a new model. I'd probably go for the A10, but it's a close call.

Gonna order the Resmed tomorrow. I will get the S9 auto set with H5i humidifier. Am I missing anything to be able to get full diagnostics? Does the SD card come with the base unit? Is the heated hose (comfort line) worth it? Sorry for all the questions, wanna make sure I get all that I need in the first go.

that's all you need, a sd card (though most any will work) should be included with the unit, either already installed, or in a mailer that's included.

heated hose is purely optional, though people in colder climates swear by them... you can always get one later, the s9, and as10 are both 'heated hose ready'.

Masks, machines, and (non-heated) hoses are interchangeable.
Mix or match as you choose.
The companies like to spew misleading BS to promote their products, but it's just hot air.

Thanks for the quick replies! All the equipment is imported here and thus an S9 runs approx 3x what it costs in the states so I need to make sure I'm making the right and complete decision. I plan to pick up a used Devilbiss as a travel machine when I get back stateside.
