Latest report on my personal progress

Post by racprops » Thu Oct 23, 2014 10:21 am

I have been hunting for Titration information,(that is treatment plans for my apnea) I have read that with Cheyne Stokes Respiration my problem can cause the automatic function to follow my bad breathing down and that the response is to use a set Breathing Rate.

So last night (and this morning) I did that, I set it for 16 Breaths per minute and T1 for 1,6.

With almost 9 hours of sleep I have a MUCH cleaner report and total AHI of 0.12..

Check it out...NOW if only I can keep this up...

Well it seems I have got it..A little tweaking on the Breathing rate and duration and it felt good and I seem to have slept very well, almost that Energizer Bunny.
