My first night. 39 years old. A history of snoring to wake the dead, Cheyne-Stokes for days and talking in my sleep.

Last night, with the glorious Air Sense 10? Six hours of uninterrupted sleep. Dreams. A fresh feeling this morning. I kept the mask on all night! It was about a 2-hour fight with that thing, but I think my body just gave up.

Also, my Sleepy Head software (so glad to now be privy to my own information, lol) says I only had one hypopnea and an AHI of 5.57. Not great, but not bad for one night! I look forward to this journey, and I'm really glad this place is here for me!
