it might be or might not be, but a lot of unenlightened 'doctors' are afraid of any automation taking care of their patients and so either don't want them to have an autoset, or have it set to straight pressure.

however, if you're getting good numbers out of straight pressure, then there's no way to mess with it.

Yeah... I seem to be settling in at an AHI of 0.3 with the current settings. I'm also writing my own log every day to rate my morning and overall fatigue and how long it took me to get out of bed after the alarm went off... I hope to see an upward trend over the next few weeks at least But if nothing else, it'll give me an indication of whether something is happening or not. My next appointment is on the 10 of November. We'll discuss whether anything needs to change then. (I figured my ratings would be a good addition to the cold numbers from the machine)
Resmed Lumis 100 with humidifier. (This wasn't an option in the equipment dropdown)
