Yes. Thank you.
I suspect "supine sleeping" is contributing to them and at this time I don't see any reason to use a range of pressures. Could be more disruptive to sleep than necessary. I see them scattered around and not just preceding the apneas.

Thanks again.

This is what a text book perfect flow limitation graph looks like...minimal to none flow limitations.
One of mine....
Yours isn't horrible...I have seen much worse and I have seen better.
Clinical correlation is need to determine if they are a problem or not. If you were in apap mode the machine will increase pressure in an effort to reduce the flow limitations. It's possible that the increasing pressure would be more of a problem than the flow limitations are....so reducing them may or may not make more of problem than the FLs themselves are.

I didn't check the data for a few days and finally thought about it again and the last two days have been in the 3.XX range. Here is last night. So without making any changes so I guess this is normal night to night variation but it looks a bit better to me.

Yes it does. I think it warrants leaving things "as is" for now and see what happens. Hopefully, you'll be feeling better and more rested, too. If things start to slide (for the worse), maybe a slight increase (maybe .5 cm. at a time)

Edit: I forget that ResMeds only increment at .2, so, maybe .4 or .6 increments.....if necessary.
