EPR is definitely a trial and error thing. It DOES affect the numbers for some people.

It's something you need to try for yourself.

I was having trouble with mouth opening with higher pressure ....
I recently tried a boil and bite snore stopper from ebay .... $2 to $4
It made a great difference for me ... kept my mouth closed and lowered the AHI by 50 to 70%.
Might give it a try !
