That was the night you had the "best" (lowest) AHI and least variation in your pressure.

Anyway, I would suggest trying that single pressure setting (min. & max. the same) for a few nights and see what the data looks like and how you feel.

Another update - last night, I set the machine to min 14.5 and a max of 17. And, i slept on my side most of the night.
AHI was over 9 when I checked it this morning, with the largest issue being centra apneas (which is unusual for me).
Also, some leaks that were high.

Any thoughts?

Thanks
What happened to setting your minimum and maximum to 14?
I think it's the changing pressures and characteristics of your breathing that's being problematic for the Auto.....and may be triggering more events.

Den - I am going to try a flat 14 min/max tonight and see what happens. Thanks!

OK. Try to give it a few nights though.

Hi folks,

A followup after I tried the suggestion of keeping pressure set at 14.0 for a couple nights.
Two nights the AHI were around 5.5, then last night I got a 7.9.

Any thoughts? Would it help to post more data screen shots?

Thanks

Yes, it would be helpful to see the screen shots of the detailed report...especially the AHI event category break down.

Here are the last few days, pressure set at 14 (the first screenshot it was 14.5-20). I'm really at a loss for what is going on here. I don't see anything indicating major leaks. And, I can't figure out any pattern or reason for the AHI to be so high. Just as a reminder, I've been going for almost 5 years with normal AHI numbers. After losing about 30 lbs since July my AHI's are up.

I am seeing the Dr. on Thurs and would love to have suggestions about specific questions to ask too. Thanks!

Well, it's fairly evident that a range of pressures isn't your "cup of tea" (or, whatever cliche is applicable here).

I guess I would suggest bumping it up one more centimeter for a few nights and see what happens.

Don't worry, I'm not going to suggest putting the weight back on. I'd like to lose some, myself.

II would imagine you're going to take copies of the reports with you to the doctor.......I would. That way he can see for himself. (I guess the doc is a "he")
