newbie: different mask / SH report

Post by pranayama » Tue Sep 30, 2014 12:14 am

I tried a Nuance Pro gel pillows mask last Thu 9/25/14. My sleep was disrupted by head harness slipping and noisy air flow. I wasn't awake enough to troubleshoot. At 3 am I'd had enough, and went back to my old mask. Because I'd disassembled it to wash, it took me some time to get old mask in place. As a result of all that, I was even more tired than usual in the morning.
I will try the new mask again, on a day I don't have to get up early.
In the meantime, I uploaded my data to SleepyHead (this was an accomplishment). I don't yet understand how to interpret data, but I thought looking at the pillows mask night might be interesting. So I tried uploading a screen shot.
Please excuse if it's not done correctly. Any guidance appreciated.

I've had the problem with the headgear slipping on my hair with my Swift FX. I saw a post or a video sometime back where someone said to pull the hair through to keep it from sliding. After I put my mask on, I just reach back and run my fingernail along the top of the strap in the back and pull my hair over the strap. No more slipping!!
