CPAP data - what does it mean?

Post by Skimitar » Tue Sep 30, 2014 5:17 am

Hi there

My partner and I have just downloaded the information from his CPAP machine but we're not really sure what it means.

If anyone could help us interpret the data and let us know which settings would be most effective it would be very much appreciated.

Thanks!

On paper the reports look good with no real need to change anything.
AHI is nice and low...leaks aren't excessive...hours of use are 7 to 8 hours most of the time.
So on paper...everything looks great and nothing screams out "fix me".

But on paper doesn't always equal what is going on in real life. We can't judge sleep quality very well on paper or mask issues or insomnia issues.

So....how is your partner feeling? Sleeping? Having any issues with mask?
