Downloaded Sleepyhead for Mac and it kept crashing.
Downloaded Sleepyhead for Windows. Tried choosing the SD Card file, single data file and neither worked. Then I read that only the drive letter should be chosen (C: for me) and that didn't work either. I've spent about 3 hours googling and reading through these forums and looking at the Sleepyhead page and could find nothing to help with importing SD Card data. I can see the data in the folder(s) and can choose those folders but to no avail. Extremely frustrating. Not being able to find any solutions on the developer website, several CPAP forums is even more frustrating.

Re: Sleepyhead can't find SD Card data
Have a Mac but can use Parallels for Windows software. No matter where I put the SD Card data (C: drive, My Documents, Desktop, etc.) and no matter which source I choose (C: drive only or the SleepyHead Data Folder) it will say, "Couldn't find any new machine data at the location given".
Re: Sleepyhead can't find SD Card data
SleepyHead is NOT yet compatible with the new AirSense machines. Mark is working on it but until SleepyHead gets updated it won't work with the new AirSense machines.
These new machines have only been out on the market a little over a month and SleepyHead needs to be fixed so it can read those SD cards.
You can use ResScan 5.1 though. Windows only so you will need to run it in Parallels on the Mac.
Check out here to see how to get it.

Re: Sleepyhead can't find SD Card data
ResMed ResScan cannot see the SD Card. I have plugged it into my computer via the SD Card slot and via a USB/SD Card connector and ResScan says it can't see the SD Card...even though I can see the SD Card Drive and it's contents in both Windows and on my Mac.
At the risk of sounding foolish, I'm definitely above average when it comes to computers/technology, so this is all getting extremely frustrating.

Re: Sleepyhead can't find SD Card data
I think ResScan insists on reading the data from an SD card, not a directory and is really picky.
SleepyHead will read the data from any directory on the hard disk, so if necessary, you can copy the card to the hard disk yourself and SH can read it from there, once the A10 format is understood.

Re: Sleepyhead can't find SD Card data
A new "Testing" build - 0.9.8 - is available for Mac users, which adds support for AirSense 10 machines (and tons of other stuff!)
