I wanted to thank everyone for their replies and feedback on my post, and have really enjoyed reading many of the topics here.
I feel like I've learned a lot and am feeling much more prepared to start with my treatment in the coming days.
I did contact me DME today and asked that they do what was necessary to supply me with a PR System One REMstar Auto A-Flex with heated tube humidifier.
