CPAP.com has these available.
External Power Supply for PR System 50
The cable that connects the block to the wall socket is a standard one available at any local radio or electronics store for perhaps $6 - $8. Ask for a cable with an "male figure eight end"
For example, here is one from Amazon for $3 plus shipping.
