Got my F&P Icon but need some help please

So i received my F&P Icon from cpap.com on Friday, after ordering it on the previous Sunday.
I see that the cpap.com tech has set the pressure to what was on my Rx they had on file.
The trouble is i don't use such a high pressure anymore and so i needed to change it before i could use it.

I had 2 or 3 attempts at the weekend, all ending in frustration. I couldn't do anything other than set the humidifier or display the sleep data (AHI etc).
I had a quick start guide and a couple of pieces of card and that’s it. I see an outline of a simple menu and an advanced menu in the quick start guide.
But i have no other instructions on how to set the alarm etc enable disable all the features. Over the weekend i managed to apply for the provider’s manual to be emailed to me.

Looking at how to access Clinicians settings in the provider manual i notice it refers to section 6 of some other document (i can't remember the name now and i'm typing this at work).
I don't have any document with such a section; the quick start guide just has two sections. I suspect i'm missing a document that will help me get to a starting point for accessing the clinicians menu. The hold the button and rotate to 12 o’clock and then dial one dot back is not doing anything for me

Any help would be appreciated.

If you have the 'Infosmart' program that contains all your stats, you can change it through that.
If not, you can do it this way (this info comes from another forum): Move the SmartDial to the user Preferences position (tool wrench icon). Hold down the SmartDial button with your thumb until you hear the 'tick tock' sound. Do NOT release the middle button yet. While holding down the button, use your other hand to rotate the dial 380 degrees clockwise until you are back at the top (12 o'clock position). Rotate the dial one pitch counter-clockwise back to the tool wrench icon, release the middle button and you be in the Clinician Menu with additional options appearing on the left quarter of the screen.

Once you've done this, you should be able to see one of the options that allows you to change your pressure.

Thanks Den I'll try this later when i get back from work. I notice cpap.com is open until 10pm CST time too if I'm still having trouble.

To access the clinician menu a trained professional would follow these instructions:
Start from the 12 o'clock position of the Home Screen. Press and hold the button in the middle of the SmartDial, and use your other hand to turn the SmartDial in a clockwise direction until you return to the 12 o'clock postion. Do not release the Smart Dial button while turning. Turn the SmartDial back (counter clockwise) one position while still holding down the button and the settings in the Clinician Menu will appear. You can now release the SmartDial button. NOTE: The Clinician Menu will default back to the Patient Menu after 30 seconds, or if the unit is turned off at the power supply. You can manually exit the Clinician Menu by repeating the instructions to enter the menu.

Thanks for the suggestions. I tried Dens suggestions and checked out the video but its obvious to me that I'm stuck in the simple mode, page A-4.
Any turn of the dial brings up the thermometer icon (no dots) and the dial, all i can do is turn the dial to adjust the humidity level from 1-5.
Any holding down of the button (after 7 seconds) takes me to the sleep data screen, a few dots for compliance and data.

The next page in the manual describes the advanced mode, which clearly i can not get to. And it states This mode may be restricted by your healthcare provider Now i called cpap.com tonight and the woman was unable to help but did explain that cpap.com never restrict access in the menus. So at the moment I think i may be restricted by mistake somehow.

Hopefully i can get the issue resolved by the weekend which is when i like to try any new equipment before my working week starts.

If anyone knows how to unlock a locked access to the advance menu from the simple menu then i would love to know.

Did you find out how to change modes to advance?

I just got my F&P ICON+ AUTO today and was also frustrated with the fact that I only had access to the simple menu. So after several web search and tries I found it by pure luck.

Make sure you see "Fisher&Paykel" only on the screen before you do anything, next press the center button and rotate the outer wheel slowly while still pressing the center button. The simple menu will first appear but continue to rotate the wheel and a menu will automatically appear after a few seconds/clicks. Select the third dot on this menu, from here you can select which menu you would like to view 1=simple, 2=advance.

On the icon plus (darker grey machine) it is a bit different.
Hold the enter button down and turn the main dial clockwise until it passes the stats point. You will now be in clinicisn mode so let go of the enter button.
You should see the options are different. You can now change from auto to cpap, adjust min and max pressure, change menu type 2 or 1 etc.
Sadly the video mentioned is for the older machine and needs to be updated or at least a mention that the Icon+ is diffrent.
Having had the previous icon model I can confirm the above instructions by the other members are correct but not for the icon+.
