Re: ResMed MyAir seems to be not working again
My mistake. I just noticed the down arrow for selecting the mask manufacturer. Once I selected ResMed, the SAVE button worked and everything was OK again.

ResMed MyAir seems to be not working again
It says there is no machine associated with my account. When I reenter the S/N, DIN and mask type, the SAVE button is grayed out.
I guess I should mention that the machine received another update before MyAir stopped working.

Re: Resumed Airsense10 MyAir data delayed for days
It's less convenient since you have to move your SD card from your CPAP to your computer, but if you want a medically professional report, use ResScan.

Re: ResMed No Overnight Data
They seem to be running late. Now I have Wednesday's report, but yesterday's isn't in as of 2:45PM PST. I don't think the update affected it. This week's update: Care Check-In: Enhancement of the ResMed Care Check-In user experience. Bluetooth oximetry: Air11 devices are now compatible with Bluetoot...

Re: ResMed No Overnight Data
It must be a problem at ResMed.. I have a report from Tuesday, but nothing yet for last night. "Last night's data isn't available yet.".

Re: Device in diagnostic process
It's now 6 days later. The message has not appeared again, the machine is functioning normally, and I'm not missing any stats.

Re: Device in diagnostic process
The display is "supposed" to shut off, but it sounds like a minor processing glitch. Since you were able to end it, the problem might never return. Just keep an eye on it. And keep your fingers crossed. The display did shut off, but when I touched the screen again it still lit up with the "Device i...

Device in diagnostic process
This morning when I turned off my Resmed AS 11 and glanced at the display to see my event count, I saw the message "Device in diagnostic process this will take 10 seconds.". I waited a few minutes but it didn't go away. I pushed the button to restart it, got the count down display, and then turned i...

Re: MyAir stopped syncing
Just before I posted, I unplugged it for 10 seconds as recommended on some web sites I found. I don't know if that is what fixed it, but I just checked again and all is well. The missing data now shows up.

MyAir stopped syncing
I was just looking at MyAir on the web and saw that there hasn't been any data reported since 4/1. The dashboard shows " Last sync April 2 4:42 AM" The display screen shows 3 bars.

Re: OT SD Card adapter ??
I think he is concerned about the computer corrupting the data on an unlocked SD card. It's never happened to me, but I think if it did, the CPAP machine would reformat and reload the card with all it's data anyway.
