OT: Pharmaceutical Grade Melatonin

Post by Kennerly » Thu Sep 18, 2014 12:05 pm

This was recommended by a couple of people who responded on my "Revisiting Melatonin" thread a week or so back. (Thanks to all for the helpful responses!) Since I've tried the hormone without any effect in the past I thought I would go this route to ensure the viability of the product, even if it is more expensive. I can always switch over to one of the common, cheaper brands later to save money, but right now my main concern is to test it out with the fewest unknowns possible.

So. I've found websites and products that claim to have "pharmeceutical grade" melatonin. But as I understand it, any company could make this claim. Is there a way to get independent verification? TIA. - Kennerly

Maybe just get the stuff at a pharmacy and talk to the pharmacist about it.

as opposed to what? "scraped off your shoe melatonin"?

sounds like marketing bs to me.

ok, so that's redundant.
