CPAP with all the bells and whistles?

My first CPAP (PR System One) is going in for repair, but may not be repairable. I may be getting a new machine and now that I've been living with CPAP for a while, I'm willing to shell out for a great machine and am wondering what kind of features are out there. I still use the ramp, but only because my CPAP seems to start at super high pressure. I don't use the bipap function. I was reading that some machines start and stop automatically when you put the mask on, which would be really nice. Are there other features out there that people really like?

I believe most of the PR System One machines have the automatic on / automatic off feature. They may have been set to "off" when you were initially setup. Turning them back ion is quite easy-they are under the 'setup' menu.
I work with a pulmonologist who has a sleep clinic once a week-for therapy / diagnosis we love to see the machines with AHI / Leak / Compliance data. If they do not have that its harder to know if the therapy is working.
Other than thos mentioned, most machines Respironics or Resmed have flow comfort features i.e. EPR or CFlex, most have the auto on/off features, PR Sys 1 have a 30 day 'auto cpap' trial in their cpap units where the machine will act like an auto cpap for 30 days and let you know what the best pressure is.

your currently listed machine has all the bells and whistles,

however, the resmed s9 autoset (and presumably as10 next generation autoset) has a much better auto start/stop feature.

I always felt I was having to try and suck start a diesel with the prs1. the resmed seems to be eager to go at first breath.
