I don't know if this is the same as your machine but:

ZZZ-Pap Provider
Is the providers manual for the zzz-Pap

Check out this website.
http://www.mytranscend.com/user-resources/
at the very bottom of the page are links for both the user manual and the clinician manual and the clinician manual should explain how to get to the clinical setup menu to change pressures.
It seemed to work fine for me just now when I tested the link.

Reading through the software clinician manual it appears as if you must have the software (a link to it is on the same web page) and a USB cable to connect to the device in order to change the settings via this software.

No mention is made of changing the settings directly but it would seem that there should be a way to do that.
I found several references to the use of a password to access the machine so perhaps contacting Somnetics directly would elicit one.

Best of luck in your search for a solution to changing the pressure settings.

You have to install their software and connect the machine to computer with USB cable -- the machine has to be plugged into power source (wall socket) and the password for the clinician side of software is juniper

Yeah that's a good website but their link to the software required for changing settings does not work.... User manual states that the unit must be returned to seller to have pressure changed. I need the software...
