Tess Graham of Australia; question.

Post by Chuck Connors » Fri Aug 29, 2014 10:05 pm

I'm curious if anyone knows of Tess Graham and has read her materials on snoring and sleep apnea. If so, I'd be interested in knowing what your takeaway has been. Thank you for any information you can pass along. -Chuck-

" . . . this theory is not widely supported in the medical community due to the lack of evidence supporting either the theory behind the method or that it works in practice."
There is also a high likelihood that a patient may suffer harm, especially brain damage.

Breathing exercises are fine, but when someone tells you it's a "cure", watch out.

The brain damage in users is evidenced by their rabid support in the face of real science.

Breathing exercises are very beneficial when awake and help you deal with stress and anxiety. They do fuck all for your sleep. I learned several methods and practised them religiously daily and they helped me a lot but I still snored like a mac truck idling and have severe OSA. They is great for "birthin babies", for pain control, for anxiety, for stress, for insomnia, for all sorts of things except when actually asleep. They also required a daily commitment of time for the rest of your life.
