Sleepyhead CA increasing

Post by luke1985 » Wed Aug 27, 2014 11:48 am

If I post pictures of sleepy head of my last night sleep, would someone look over it, for me. I know my aha is below five but my CA are starting to increase. They was below one and now above 1. Just wondering if I need to mention this to my doc.

If your AHI is below 5 and the CA's are 1...they are insignifigant. Ca's can come from holding your breath when you turn over or restlessness when you are going to sleep or waking up.
