I don't understand this

When looking at the results in Sleepyhead, I see my 90% pressure is 13.82.

What the heck is 90% pressure?

90/95 % pressure or leak just means that for 90/95 % of the time you were at OR below that number.
That's all it means. People sometimes forget the "or below" part of the definition especially when it comes to leak numbers.
