Hi,
Thaanks to the great advice I have received I have managed to get my AHI down considerably....sometimes. What I cant understand is every night I go to be around the same time, wear the same mask and have the same settings by one night I have a good number and the next my AHI will be way up. Can anyone see something I cant see https://www.flickr.com/photos/126002489@N05/
Cant understand the big swings
Re: Cant understand the big swings
Do you stay in the same position all night while sleeping?

Yes. I am a side sleeper.
Re: Cant understand the big swings
The two main reasons for changes in the reports....from one really good low AHI report to another with higher AHI are either changing to sleeping on your back or maybe REM stage sleep pressure needs change.
Also....remember that we don't sleep the same each night. Some nights we might get more REM sleep than other nights and thus have a greater chance of having more apnea events during REM (it's common).
I had a tough time reviewing your reports. Tiny images of parts that I need to see and bigger images of parts I didn't need to see.
The main stuff to show
On the right side graphs.....Events, flow rate, pressure and leak. Just those 4....don't need the others except maybe flow limitation graph only if it shows a lot of activity.
On the left side...the AHI bar graph....turn off the pie chart and that lets some of the top section of the statistics come into view.
It would also help if you put the IMG code in so the image shows up without needing to click on a link. Flickr loads horrible slow for me plus some forum members won't bother to click on the link at all.
See my example below. This makes for much easier viewing.
