I tried the F10, but it seems to be made for a taller, narrower face than mine. The Quattro is a bit shorter and wider, from what I've noticed.

Pillow, neoprene strap, small hose and silicone head strap (left and right sides, but leave that piece together)...and possibly the little, thin silky cheek piece covers, assuming you don't have padacheek pieces...or am I missing something?

Higher humidity with heated hose would probably feel pretty good...Also,you might want to avoid white shirts and pillowcases til the nosebleeds are fixed.

I would think if you use a humidifier on your machine, it might help avoid sore throat due to dry air...or maybe there is something being filtered from the air that bothers you?

That's what I thought...I use the swift fx with upper pressure around 13.5, with about as much trouble as when it was at 6-7. She was FLOORED when I showed her my mask...and explained what my settings are.
