I like my ResMed AirFit F10 FFM - reasonably low leaks for my ASV therapy. I'm currently using a PR S1 AutoSV 960P Advanced. I also keep a ResMed S9 Adapt as backup. I use a heated Hibernite hose. Still rockin' with Win 7 by using GWX to stop Win 10.

Mark, on that S9 Autoset, what year does it say on the bottom (imprinting on the black plastic base next to {Copyright} ....ResMed Ltd, and were was it made (under Manufacturer) it's on the back side printed on white label? Same with the H5i humidifier. Are they both made in Australia or Singapore? I have no need for the Slimline, or the travel case or the SD card. Are you physically close to Delta Dental of MO, 12399 Gravois Road, St. Louis, MO 63127, where my son works?
My IM is not working yet.

Sorry to hear your PM messages are not working. One thing that comes to mind is if your mailbox is full you may need to go into Rules, Folders & Settings and make sure the If Folder is Full option is not set to Do not accept new messages.

I would be glad to work with your son regarding a drop off at Delta Dental. We probably need a way to communicate. If you have another persons email from the forum, contact them and have them forward me your email address.

Reply,

When you post this: This is a new unit with zero hours, it's not enough b/c the unit could have had a shelf life of a decade and still show zero hours. I want to see a machine with a mfg date of after 2012 b/c it then should incorporate Resmed's issued patents close to that date.

Why don't you enter your own e-mail address right here b/c I could then contact you ?

Generally I do not post private contact information in a public forum. Any machines I have are either 2013 or 2014 machines fresh from the manufacturer.

I do still have the Respironics DS560 available if anyone is interested.

personally, I think the proper answer would be "because I'm not crazy, that's why I don't post it".

Just FYI........... The last DS560 I purchased from Mark in June 2014 had a manufacture date of April 2014. Doesn't get much "fresher" than that. And it was 0/0 hours.

So, normally the saying for missing out on a deal because you delay committing is 'if you snooze, you lose'. I'm thinking this isn't the right adage for this forum

Good point. Especially on this forum and especially with trusted members with decent prices. I've bought from STLmark with good results. Keep on your toes if you see a deal that looks good.

Comment,

This is the question which I keep asking CPAP.COM and other Internet sellers, i.e. that if I buy a CPAP from them they should make sure that the mfg date would be recent. I would have no interest in an XPAP machine that was made more than 3 years ago. Especially, Resmed's stuff b/c it is very active in re re- technologising its machines. By the way, Mark, if it's correct as you posted, that the machines that you are offering for sale are "fresh" from the manufacturers then ask them what is the new technology which is incorporated in these new machines over the older ones.
