Full face mask recommendations that seal good at 22cm

Any recommendations for a good full face mask that might offer a good seal at a pressure of 22cm?

I have a pressure of 23cm; and I use the Zzz-Mask Full Face CPAP Mask Made by Probasics. I like that it does not have the forehead support, and more then anything else I like the price. Compared the price to Resmed masks this mask is half price, and the replacement cushions are about half also. The mask works well for me, but every one is different.

I'm at 20ipap and the mirage quattro works great for me. Your results may vary greatly

I see where your pressure settings are close to mine; yours are IPap 23 EPap 19; my new pressure after I underwent a new sleep study in June 2014 are IPAP 22cm, EPAP 18cm. My PCP referred me to a pulmonologist on July 02, 2014 who I'm not scheduled to see until September 2014 but in the meantime my DME sent an RT out to change the pressure on a CPAP machine they've been letting me use from my old pressure of 18cm to the max of 20cm and so far I have been able to tolerate it. The loaner I've been using is a ResMed S9 Elite with HH; no heated hose. Have you had any problems tolerating 23cm? I didn't know there were machines out there that could go as high as 23cm. My RT has recommended a Quattro Air FF mask; don't know a thing about them. Thanks for your feedback.

I'm not sure there is a lot of folks like us dealing with much higher pressures.

we're a rare breed!!

tips and techniques for leaks etc that work at 9cm sometimes don't work at a pressure of 20. I'm guessing that the same condition may exist for recommendations on masks that work in our range.

I started out with high pressure of 19 and 13.. So the jump up was no big deal for me.
The tough part is the mask. I feel like every day is a fight with leaks. I move alot in my sleep, and that is the problem.
I have to make sure that the mask is on very snug because I move so much.
The ZZZ Mask does pretty well for me. I just qualified for new mask from insurance so I bought the cloth mask called
sleepweaver anew. I just tried it for 1 hour nap and I read my data and it showed 56 minutes of large leak.. sigh..

I have figure out now how to make this work if possible; otherwise I just wasted this 6 month insurance. Good news is I can afford to buy the ZZZ Mask without the insurance.

I'm tolerating 20cm on a ResMed S9 Elite CPAP machine pretty good right now while I wait for my appointment to see a pulmonologist in September 2014. When I get a new machine which according to my recent sleep study report will be a Bi-Level machine set to IPAP of 22cmH20 and EPAP of 18cmH20 will I notice a big difference when I start dealing with an IPAP of 22cmH20? Thanks for the feedback.

The epap is the exhale it helps with exhaling. Makes it easier yet still giving enough pressure to keep airway open.
I started on bilevel and could not imagine not having the exhale relief.
