Help The thing is bowing at a 12

Post by ksneil » Fri Jul 25, 2014 9:04 am

My ResMed machine has started going straight to a 12 - the highest pressure setting. It is blowing my braines out. I have never done more than just put it on at night and it somehow went to a pressure setting that was comfortable. Last night after a couple nights aways and complaints from my bedmate i put it on and it is blowing at the max. Help PLEASE

12 is not the highest setting by any means. Do you mean 20? There's a big difference between 12 and 20.

Sometimes the machine goes to a higher setting because you need a higher setting.

What model are you using? How long have you been using a CPAP machine?

Maybe it's an auto with 12 set as the max.

Maybe it's a CPAP with constant pressure of 12 but OP is expecting a ramp time that he/she isn't getting.
