I got a call today from the DME...

The report does meet compliance requirments. I’ve went (sic) ahead and added it into your file to be forwarded to your insurance provider.

(I am thinking at the end of one year this has to be done again in order for the insurance to pay for supplies??)

I guess my point is just work things out calmly and go on with life. But then maybe your DME and doctors are not as easy to work with as mine??

Please read the thread. This isn't about insurance; it is about her job and her license. It is about satisfying state and corporate bureaucracies. The DME screwing up can cost her livelihood.

Now that I see that someone dug into my settings (on another thread, feel free to tell me over there to "get over it" as well), I would have to assume they have been getting the info, but for some reason wanted to have me re-confirm that the modem is indeed hooked to my unit, which now has different settings than were originally set...and thus, were more than happy to hop in and stir things up a bit. But that's just my assumption. Otherwise, all is good. Thanks for asking.

I don't know what you're talking about, back in my day, we carved our messages on rocks and tossed them to people, and we LIKED IT! though sometimes we threw them at people we didn't like...
