All the same thing - not enough good sleep. What do your stats say (if you track them)?

I was getting it when I get congestion in my nose but someone here suggested I turn down my humidity and the congestion problem is a lot better now. Have not had the brain fog since turning it way down.

havent been able to keep track of my bipap lately, due to sleepy head not working on my machine.Julie wrote:All the same thing - not enough good sleep. What do your stats say (if you track them)?
i have encore basic but i don;t think that is in depth enough....i believe this brain fog is due to my fragmented sleep...which i have no idea what to do about anymore

Encore Basic gives a very nice detailed report of everything that SH shows except for the Flow Rate graph. Post some Encore Detailed Data reports so that we have an idea of what your data looks like in terms of AHI, distribution of events, pressure graph, and leaks.Ruinednose wrote: i have encore basic but i don;t think that is in depth enough....i believe this brain fog is due to my fragmented sleep...which i have no idea what to do about anymore
