Fisher & paykel error code e32

I have a Fisher & Paykel CPAP 234 that has an error code e32 what does that mean and does it affect the heat plate on the humidifier, because it is not heating now. Thank you for your help

it's diffcult to find the error codes posted anywhere.........I recently had a code 13.00 which had to do with the power supply. About the only thing you can do is either contact your DME provider where you got the machine, or send an email directly to F&P which I did.......took several days to get a reply, but they did answer my question about the error code in their reply email. I think I went to their web page and filled out a product inquiry form there and they emailed me back ........ http://www.fphcare.com

I got the same code and called the Ca. USA office. They said that code means that there is a malfunctioning part and the unit needs replacement.
