If you are looking for SleepyHead, pugsy has a link in her signature block.
If you are looking for Encore Basic or Encore Pro, drop a PM to pugsy and she can help.
In the future putting ASV in the subject line will attract the attention of those who use this machine.
It would also be helpful if you could include the operating system of your computer and whether it is a Mac or a Windows machine. Pugsy will need that information as well.

Welcome to the club.

Finally, could you post your equipment list? There is a link on how to do that in my signature block.
It will be easier for others to respond if they know what you are using.

If you haven't done so, here a couple of things to do that are of help.
1. Get a copy of your prescription. It will be needed if you wish to order on-line or change DME's.
2. Get a copy of your sleep study report and of your sleep titration report. That will give you information that will help understand the results of your therapy.

Thanks. For some reason I can't get my machine to display. Do you recommend sleepyhead or encore?

I use both but prefer Encore because of the graphs of breathing wave data.
I have some non-apnea medical issues and the Encore format helps me track them somewhat.
That said, SleepyHead will collect all of the data while, if you don't download daily, Encore will not download past day's wave data.

Both will download all of the daily detail. So, if you are tracking AHI, HYP, VS, etc., both will do a nice job.
Because the pix of equipment is sometimes too close for similar items to distinguish, I recommend selecting TEXT as the equipment display mode.

I'm not sure why your ASV machine doesn't display. It's likely you scrolled too far and passed the entry for the series 60 machine and stopped at one that didn't specify the series. If you go back to your original post and click on Edit, you can change the content of the subject line to include ASV in it as I have for this reply.
