Re: Autism and new to CPAP

Good for you for trying hard to overcome or at least accommodate the autism... would not want to have to manage that, let alone so well.

If it matters, or helps, many do start out not feeling good with the mask, etc, but it supposedly does improve over time... Good luck!

Re: Neck pain/stiffness

To DanJFoley - get another MD with a proper diagnosis and suggestions for therapy... it doesn't sound like yours has given much help at all.

Re: CPAP Data Help

Listen to Pugsy - people often assume everything is about sleep, but it may not be and other things may need to be looked at.

Tell her that if she can't help, to refer you to someone who can. Outrageous!

Re: Help with my numbers and data?

Any particular reason you're on that fixed (at 11) set up?

Re: Acupuncture and Moderate Sleep Apnea

And why would acupuncture of all things even come up in relation to apnea?

Have you talked to your doctor about what happened? Not everything's about apnea even if it's sleep related.

Re: Lofta sleep results help

I think we need a bit more info to go with what you sent... like your age, some med history (as relevant as possible to results), what meds you might be taking, plus reasons you felt the need to include the pix and narrative with your results. I mean, really?

Re: Airsense 11 Autoset - Question about Auto Ramp

In fact, 5 is quite low for the min. pressure - is there a reason it was set there or was it just 'done'?

I would think e.g. 6, 7 or even 8 depending on things otherwise might be more effective.

Maybe I'm missing something, but why haven't you tried side sleeping yet?
