How are my reports looking?

Post by amybeth » Wed Apr 23, 2014 8:16 am

I was here at the beginning of the month showing my reports and asking for advice. Well, I followed the advice and am here to see what you think of my latest reports. I know absolutely nothing when I look at these, so I really appreciate all the feedback I get here! Thanks in advance!

I think your reports look good.
How are you sleeping? How are you feeling?

Your AHI is about 50% central (clear airway) and 50% obstructive (those OAs and hyponeas). We ignore the centrals for purposes of evaluating pressure needs as we don't treat them with pressure and they aren't numerous enough to worry about.

You max out your pressure on occasion but it doesn't seem to happen often and doesn't seem to want to stay there long when you do. I don't see any urgent need to allow more maximum. Sometimes aerophagia rears its ugly head when the max is increased...may or may not happen to you.

I don't see any need to change anything based on the reports themselves. Looking really good from AHI and leak aspect of things.
