Re: leakage
Thank you. I have them set as private on Flickr: the problem is that I don't really want them public because of some of the people who view my Flickr site. I don't want to open a photobucket a/c as I get in too much muddle when I have too many accounts. but I will if this isn't working, as I so much appreciate the help on this forum.

Re: leakage
The links you posted give me a "Page Not Found" error.
Since the earlier one you posted worked in the post I made, they should work.
Did you follow these instructions?
Go to the pic that you want to embed and select the share box.
Then the html/bbcode box.
Under the actual code are 3 buttons, select the BBCode button.
Then select the entire code, copy it and then paste it in the post you want it to show in.

Re: leakage
Looks like they changed the way they do the share dialog a little.
go to the picture you want to share and then click the share button.
In the middle of the dialog that pops up there 3 choices, Link -- HTML -- BBCode, Select the BBCode text.
Select the size you want (i.e. Medium 640x480)
Then select the entire text in the link box and paste it in the post.
I did it for one of my pictures and here's what it looks like.

Re: leakage
Looks like you start the night with a good leak line but then it goes to heck when the pressure starts to increase likely in response to some sort of apnea event trying to happen and also some of the leaks look like they have a plateau appearance which usually means some sort of mouth openings.
I don't have a working link to ResMed's ResScan guide that shows that example. ResMed moved their stuff all around on their website.
See if this will work for you
https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/978 ... nGuide.pdf
Looks like your minimum pressure is quite low. Perhaps fitting the mask to higher pressure would help or starting with a higher minimum might help reduce any leaking related to pressures. If what is shown is all related to mouth opening though...you have a problem when it exceeds 24 L/min for any length of time..it could be impacting sleep quality and allowing some apnea events to materialize because of sub optimal pressure. Especially when you see over 30 L/min leak and this also affects the machine's ability to sense and flag any events that might occur. Meaning they could happen and the machine not be able to flag them because it can't sense them.

And there you go! It's just a matter of figuring out the right sequence of events in order to get them to show up.MaryGordon wrote:Your patience is really touching. thank you. Try again!
Glad you finally got it figured out.

You are just so very kind! The drop box link has worked fine and I will look at the material tomorrow.
As for Flickr, should you be interested to see my home town and other places I've lived my photos are herehttps://www.flickr.com/photos/mtps/sets/

Re: leakage
The leakage problems, and indeed the sleep quality problems, that I was experiencing seem to be well on the way to being controlled.
I have done three things:
Leakage is down to almost zero.
I also suspect that I was getting a poor oxygen flow before. Once again I am now feeling refreshed in the morning.
I have done three things:
- the straps are looser;
- I am taping the arms of the mask to my cheeks so that the looser fitting doesn't permit it to slide all over the shop;
- and as for the chin strap, by chance I found that by wearing the cup of the chin strap actually over my mouth where it is comfortable and not too tight, my mouth doesn't open.
Leakage is down to almost zero.

Glad you seem to have sorted out your issues.
Thank you for the photo tour. I did go to your album and stroll through your pictures. Really nice work. I especially like the castles. Castles have always fascinated me.
